Keep your immune system strong with these key ingredients. Sending out positive energy to everyone this week!
SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup milk alternative of choice, Yakult or Kefir 
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries 
- 1/2 cup citrus fruit, papaya -or- pineapple -or- more berries! 
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach or 1 tbsp spirilla powder 
- 1 tsp turmeric 
TOPPINGS
- 1/4 cup nuts (hazelnuts pictured) 
- 1 tbsp chia seeds 
- 1/2 cup of citrus (grapefruit pictured) 
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs -or- extra dark chocolate
